Please attached find information re Blue Talon (BT).
BT is raising 3M on 10M post money valuation.
Data Collective (Matt and Zack) put 1.5M few months ago
Of the remaining 1.5M, BT can give us an allocation of 1M (the term sheet will be the same as Data Collective's).
BT would like to close next week or so.
BT will send documents later today.
