We wish to point out that under your written employment agreement, you are required to "serve the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates faithfully and to the best of [your] ability and devote [your] full business, time, energy, experience and talents to the business of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates." We do expect you to comply with those duties to the best of your ability and in good faith. There are a few renewal issues and some other redesigns/reformulations that we know will need your attention. Dan Yih, as CFO, will be with you at the Company to assist you to ensure that the Company will operate smoothly and make sure we are totally coordinated and moving forward. I do understand you have discussed with Dan and Evan Crandall certain priorities (e.g., finalize the 2014 budget, implement an incentive plan for employee retention, finalize the design and menu changes at the Blue Fin, execute the Blue Fin lease amendment, obtain an extension at Wildwood, seek resolution with Harrahs of the lease at Sammy D's). We expect you will give these matters special attention and to accomplish all of the tasks associated with such priorities as expeditiously and professionally as possible in the bests interest of the Company, its investors and employees.
