From a brief discussion that I had with Mr. lovine and a subsequent call that he had from Merwin today, we envision a new direction that will upgrade the system from head end to cameras and will produce a finished product to meet your needs and expectations. Once a console design is settled (see below), we would like to conference with you, Richard Kahn and perhaps Mr. Epstein, if possible, to discuss your vision, our concept and the cost considerations.
