The $45K was due at Hong Kong Poly U by the end of 2013; and during the brief residence of the $45K in the Humanity+ bank account, I told the HK Poly U folks that the $$ would be en route to them shortly. They haven't complained to me yet due to the holiday period, but I suspect they will start doing so quite soon.... I totally understand that it's the winter holiday period, so business of all sorts is not happening as rapidly as usual. But the Dec 31 deadline is part of the HK gov't grant for which this $$ is to constitute the matching contribution, and so it goes..
