Before I leave, I'd like to ask if you know anybody or anything regarding renting studio spaces for artists?Murrent lease in Harlem expires in September and he needs to move because the rent is too high. Although I think he is a very talented artist, he doesn't have business experience or a mentor when it comes to the business aspects of being an artist. It's frustrating as a mother, not to be able to give helpful advice but I am equally ignorant in this area. Are there real estate agents, accountants, or financial planners who specialize in this field? Do you know any real estate brokers to refer him to for advice or to help him find a new space? I apologize for alwiarning to you in times of need, but you are one of two smart friends whose opinions I trust and respect.
