Barry, I have always served the company above and beyond regarding time, energy, experience and talent. As far as Dan Yih is concerned I have said many times - Dan Yih is not a restaurant CFO and has shown along with his assistant Evan Crandall to be a hindrance. You saddled me with a CFO who has caused me to have a greater work load to most staff they come into contact with. Q4 is the wrong time to teach someone how to be a restaurant CFO as in Section 9.9 I have the ability to "not unreasonable" consent- I do not consent nor am I being unreasonable. As for your items of priorities: I. 2014 Budget- in works and have had input many times. Plan to have "another" review on Thursday as scheduled. 2. Incentive plan for employee retention. I have been told by Dan there is such a plan yet after several requests I have still not been given this plan for review. 3. a. BF design has had maybe 10+ changes. Still a work in motion. As scope keeps changing. A 4pm meeting is scheduled for today. b. Menu changes- still a working item- we need to know scope of the actual restaurant. How many total kitchens before a final menu can be completed. 4. Wildwood- Dan was actually in my room when I had a conversation with our LL. At this date we can have 1 more week - first week of January "only" but as I said to Mr. Silver - I am sure the new tenant will not have a signed lease before YE. So January should be an open option and maybe February. 5. Resolution with Harrah's - we have a conference call with Rick Mazer who is the Senior VP for Harrah's on December 17th which was pushed back from December 10th.
