I spoke to Craig from PremiAir, he asked if we could provide a "Letter of Intent" with our offer of $1.6M USD and noting it's a
final offer with an expiration date, Craig thought it would be helpful when Asset Evaluation company conducts their appraisal
of the bell 430 on Monday or Tuesday and is presented to Mr Bailey. We could have expiration of LOI on Friday Feb 10th, if
you think appropriate.
please advise if Darren should present you an LOI for your approval in regards Bell 430 purchase?
