Second Amended and Restated Exempted Limited Partnership Agreement of AP Professional Holdings, L.P. This is the aggregating vehicle just below BRH Holdings in the structure. 3. Shareholders Agreement I should clarify that this is not an exhaustive list of "Project Strong" documents to which Leon and his affiliated vehicles are a party but these documents seemed most responsive to Mr. Epstein's request.
