If your Mac AppStore is signed in as me, you can simply choose "Sign Out" from the Mac AppStore's Store menu (the line below sign out tells you what account is actually signed in). I suspect tho, there's actually an update for one of the apps I needed to install when you weren't available. If that's the case, in the Updates tab there will be a notice for Textwrangler, JPEG mini or Photosweeper. If that's the case, you can just drag the offending application from the Applications folder to the trash, and the notice will disappear the next time the Mac AppStore checks for updates. (Textwrangler is a free text editor that's much easier to use for writing scripts or editing preference files. JPEG mini is the program I ran that does lossless compression of JPEG images, I ran it on your system when your drive was nearly full. Photosweeper looks for duplicate photos to free up space, I don't think I've ever actually run that on your system, tho.)
