He offered us to sub lease from him, you are correct„, he can't afford what he has, my gut tells me, he's only going to pay port authority a 1/3 of hanger rent, and use 100% of hanger since its a mess of junk in the hanger, When he pulls his caravan in the hanger, the wing span fills the entire hanger.
