This coverage also extends if someone were to become injured in the house or yard Mr. Epstein has let me live in. I know Mr. Epstein has coverage for the whole ranch but I feel it is my responsibility to provide coverage in the area he has allowed me as well. The animals and personal belongings are double covered over this weekend and the previous insurance company(Allstate) will be discontinued on Monday. The insurance will be paid once a year through my escrow acct(as this is tied in with other policies) and I will forward coverage details at that time. Please let me know if you have any questions.
