Please see the attached important reminder that swap counterparties of Deutsche Bank AG who are US Persons,
Guaranteed Affiliates and Affiliate Conduits (each as defined by the CFTC) have a right to segregate, with an independent
custodian, initial margin for uncleared swap transactions. This annual notice about the CFTC Segregation Regime is being
provided pursuant to CFTC Regulation 23.701 to you as the officer for your organization responsible for the management
of collateral.
