He is pushing hard for Mike to be arrested. He and several other victims have gone to PBSO and he said the detective has told him she is determined to arrest Mike. She told Alan that he is a thief and an illegal bookmaker with mob ties. I think that the bank account records will show he embezzled 100,000's of thousands from Hardman Development (read:me) and this is why he is refusing to produce the bank records. Why the bank is refusing to do the same is a mystery, unless thye know that bank officers did something shady and someone is covering it up. Most likely, it is that the records are so confused at PNC they cannot find them. At any rate, the PBSO D/S is a lady named Erin (Alan could not recall her last name) and her direct line is 688- 4076.
