He said that he has been to the island (LSJ) 15 or more times and never gets any work. He said that "if what we are asking him to do is to replace some baseboards and a few walls, then he would prefer not to do anything at all". He asked me if I knew how much he would charge us to do that little bit of work. I said no and he said A LOT. He is NOT a happy camper.
