I'd like to clarify the following: I can't make a punch list that can be printed on one page. It will have to be done on a piece of cardboard of foam board that has from multiple letter sized sheets glued to it so you get your requested 1 page overview. This means it will have to be produced on the day you want to see it so it is current and updated. Only a wide format plotter would be able to print a full overview of all projects on 1 page and I don't have access to one. I am NOT on vacation. Total BS from whomever said that. 12+ hour work days is not vacation. It just shows what I have said all along. On the island, anyone bringing changes will be sabotaged and lied about. That's why no Manager lasts here. Give me a chance to implement changes and judge it by the results please, not the lies and gossip that is so rampant here. Just like the vinyl lady debacle, nothing but a big fat lie. If you feel that I am not up to the task, then we can obviously stop the experiment at any time. But as a professional challenge, I'd prefer to see the job through and deliver, but without support, I have no chance of succeeding here. If the trouble makers see the effect of their lies, they will have won yet again, and it will always be the M.O. here. Lie, complain and get rid of people.
