In order to do so we will have to wire funds in the amount of $1,481,070 - which represents the $1,480,000 balance of the purchase price, plus our share of the $2,140 Escrow Agent fee. Do we get any interest on the Funds? Does it make sense to wire tomorrow or should we wait until Monday morning? What do you think.
