Where you have to leave an allowance for an item please identify. Tom's work should be as specific as possible, separating labor from material etc. Please put on Excel spread sheet. To include; (Feel free to add more categories) • Site preparation labor and material • Permits, shipping, taxes, duties • Any design work or does needed for Govt approval, does this have to be inspected by govt? • Cost of structure, FOB where? • Installation of structure, labor and material • Concrete pad, labor and material • Exact size of building and pad • Concrete apron and or yard improvements • Sewage/Water provisions • Plumbing, electrical,lighting • Septic tank or grease trap • Site drainage • Equipment rental, if necessary • Repair of other building/shed • Any additional labor • Outside labor for installation plus Tom's cost to supervise job.
