However I do feel that the latest sketches seem feasible in terms of the existing topography of LS), and would certainly require some minor re-grading of the land - which cannot be avoided if other design issues are to be addressed. We did use for designing them the , for sure incomplete, topographic maps we have of LS) and which were given to me by Gary when I was last visiting your property. I do understand that those preliminary sketches may not be answering your expectations but wouldn't it be possible to use them to start communicating and making some progress to find a solution.
