Kristi and I interviewed the staff at Antilles school in August. We've looked at buying a home or boutique hotel, etc. If I opened a place on St John it would be an instant hot spot as I have a large personal following and outstanding connects in hospitality. I can very effectively run my current business from anywhere within striking distance to NYC. One of my fund partners (very accomplished known media guy, Columbia MBA, etc) would also buy a home in USVI and split time between there and NYC. So yes quite serious.
