The construction work is fine...as you know I stripped the apartment down to the bones. This woman is more of a project coordinator. By patiently explaining what decor I wanted...i will have been frustrated for months and came to the conclusion that she is in way over her head. I brought Susan Gutfreund over yesterday and she is going to just take over the job. Working out finances today. Susan may do me a favor in exchange for a Town and Country story. She immediately stopped the Asian's designs and just took over. Will update asap. I hope to have the shell done by Feb. 1st so I can move in. I am planning on staying in L.A. for Jan and working there. I am fine to stay at Annette's 2 E. 70th till I go to Mustique for Dec. 16-Jan. 1st. Moving forward....i tried to save money by hiring an unknown and just waited my own time. I think Susan Gutfreund can finish this quickly. She is a real pro. I have used part of your Birthday presented and added my money. Going over the numbers to see exactly where I am and how to have Susan run the job. Can not dwell on this stupidity.
