From: Clara Bourgi To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: Reply to your email to my parents Date: Sun, 24 Feb 2013 19:09:00 +0000 Attachments: ECOWAS_decisionn Senegal.pdf Dear Jeffrey, I hope this email finds you well. I am spending the weekend with my parents in Germany, and my father has just asked me to reply to your message. You certainly remember that several former government officials - including our friend - have been barred from leaving the Senegalese national territory. Following a suit challenging this ban, which was placed by the Senegalese Democratic Party, the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice issued on Friday a decision stating that this travel ban enforced by the Republic of Senegal was illegal because it did not have any legal basis and violated the right to presumption of innocence. However, the Senegalese government issued a new travel ban concerning the same officials over the weekend. Do let me know if you need any further information. I wish you a very nice week. All the best, Clara PS: Please find enclosed extracts of the decision issued by the ECOWAS Community Court of Justice. EFTA00652837
