Thx Larry Sent from my iPad Begin forwarded message: From: Steve Hebert Date: Janus 23, 2017 at 7:14:29 PM EST To: " *Ma' Subject: 41' Inflatable electrical work estimate Hi Larry, Please see the attached estimate for the electrical work proposed to be performed aboard the 41' Inflatable located at The Fiberglass Shop. As per our earlier conversation, the estimate includes all necessary work to the shore power system (including the installation of a galvanic isolator and ELCI main circuit breaker), AC generator power output cabling and connections, all needed modifications to the AC source selector switch, the installation of new branch circuit breakers and supply cabling for two battery chargers (already installed aboard the vessel) and verification of the wire sizing and connections for the air conditioning system. This estimate does not include the installation of a shore power transformer. While not required by any electrical standard (such as the electrical division of the Standards and Technical Information Reports for Small Craft published by the American Boat and Yacht Council, Inc. (ABYC)), a shore power transformer does simplify the necessary switch gear required for safe operation and minimizes the risk of damage to 120 VAC equipment due to an open or resistive neutral supply connection. Please feel free to contact me anytime should you have questions or concerns regarding the estimate or the work to be performed. As always, I greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve your marine electrical needs. Best regards, Steve qelett Electrical Engineer/ President S.C. Hebert Marine, Inc.
