This plot as you can notice, entirely faces the Golf course in the front and has only one adjacent plot to it, which will be for Shk Hamad's brother. There are roads on both the left and right sides of the plot. We had another option to split the plot no. 1 into two plots, each plot facing the golf course. However, we feel this will be much better for you. The buildings marked in the plot are only for preliminary indication purposes. The interior designer is also ready for the project. Shk Hamad will only charge you the cost price for the plot; the price at which he brought the land. Additionally you will have to pay the 6% government registration and related charges.
