Boyson says they can do the job. Better Roads outlined their need for 5-6 truckloads of asphalt per day, plus operating equipment. Due to the shallow draft (8 feet possibly at high tide) and the immense weight of 5-6 truckloads at a time (50,000-60,000 pounds), they will have to work out a schedule of 2-3 truckloads per run. Better Roads says they are planning on the beginning of August for the start of the project, once you have reviewed and approved the schedule, contract, etc. I have asked Better Roads to come up with a schedule and timeline that they can present to Boyson on Monday, July 14. Once Boyson reviews and aligns their schedule with Better Roads, we will submit the proposed schedule to you for your review and approval. Respectfully, Daphne EFTA00655778
