Below from Mika Re the letters Joi's office will be drawing up:
I believe I can send you the letters for the application of the Japanese short-term business visa, which need to be
provided from Japan side, by the end of next week.
The CEO of Loftwork will be back to Tokyo from her trip next Tuesday. We need her signatures on the letters.
(I believe we need to apply for the visas no later than April 27,28,29 to assure we get them back in time for May
21 trip!!)
