It is a one owner, 8200 TT, 1500 SO in 2008 (Estimate for RRCC-600K), original interior Long Beach, forward galley, non-standard config, paint new 2010, 150 APU. This plane needs an interior and has an aft bulkhead with a three place couch opposite a two place club. It is probably worth about $1.5M to $1.7M less than SN 1381. What are Jeffery's thoughts about a starting point from an offer standpoint on SN 1381? I would think that an offer of approximately $11.75M would be aggressive but high enough to get an insightful counter offer. The GV that hit the market today, SN 605 is owned by WHAM Leasing. I believe that this is the guy who owns the Hudson News Stores. They are apparently pretty firm at 25.5. Engines are on condition, and the cost for RRCC is approximately $2.3M. $25.5 is too much. I would not want to pay any more than about $23.5 to $23.9 for this airplane. The GV market is still very firm, with no real attractive options. Also, what are Jeffery's thoughts about the selling price for the Boeing? Let me know your thoughts when you have a chance.
