I spoke to Soon Yi and told her that we would like her to direct us and the chef we are trying regarding what her
and Woody would like in terms of service and food for Tuesday nights dinner. I asked her is she would like to
make suggestions and the new chef will prepare around her requests. She just laughed and said her and Woody
are not fussy as long as it is good.
So I suggested the new chef present her with some options and she can choose what, and how many she would
like, and if in the interim she has thought of anything else we would be happy to do it for her.
Below is what Herve sent me which I will pass on to Soon Yi.
