The Road permit is currently in the St. Thomas CZM office, awaiting review by Mr. Rosa's supervisor and signature by Acting Commissioner Oriel. Mr. Rosa estimates the permit being ready anywhere from by the end of next week, to the week after. He says it is a matter of when his supervisor and the Commissioner are available.
