SITRICK AND COMPANY, a division of SITRICK BRINCKO GROUP, LLC Defendant. AFFIDAVIT OF JANUSZ BANASIAK On this day, personally appeared before me, the undersigned officer duly authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, JANUSZ BANASIAK, who, after being first duly cautioned and sworn, upon his oath, deposes and says: 1. My name is JANUSZ BANASIAK. 2. During all relevant times, I took care of the property and improvements located at 358 El Brillo Way, Palm Beach County, Palm Beach, Florida, (the "Property"). 3. Beginning in the middle of May, 2013, a woman rang the doorbell at the Property and asked for Jeffrey Epstein. I told her that he was not there and that he was not residing at the Property at that time. She asked me when he might return to the Property, and I told her that I did not know, but that it could well be a couple of months. 4. The same woman showed up at the Property two or three more times and each time she asked for Jeffrey Epstein. Each time, I told her that Jeffrey Epstein was not there and EFTA00657452 CASE NO. 502014CA011284XXXXMB that I did not know when he might be at the Property again. 5. On May 30, 2013 at 10:15 a.m., the same woman again presented herself at the Property. I again told her that Jeffrey Epstein was not there. She told me that she had some legal documents for Jeffrey Epstein and she attempted to hand the documents to me. I told her that I could not take the documents and that I was not authorized to accept any documents on Jeffrey Epstein's behalf. 6. She then dropped the documents in front of my feet and left saying: "These are legal documents and he has 30 days to answer them." 7. During this entire sequence of events, Jeffrey Epstein was not residing or living at the Property. 8. This affidavit is made upon my own personal knowledge. Further, affiant sayeth naught.
