From: Ann Rodriquez < To: Cleveson Daniel < Subject: Re: Wednesday Visit Date: Fri, 25 Jul 2014 14:46:29 +0000 Hey Cleve, Omg! I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he's feeling much better now. Monday & Wednesday would be perfect. Jason will start planting the white and yellow flowers this morning at the main entrance, I will have Chris, Jason and the irrigation guy Mr. Hernando waiting at the dock for you Monday morning. Not to worry we will work around your schedule. See you then, Ann R. Did the boss decide on the plants on the wall at the entrance? I plan to come Monday and Wednesday morning next week, to continue at the main compound. Is it possible to have the irrigation gentleman spend at least 30 minutes with me? Jason told me that all the irrigation don't work in the area. I would like to know where the Main lines are etc. Are you fine with me spending only the morning at LSJ? I will need to be back on STT by noon. I think that you are a great asset to our Island and I would hate to lose you at the the beginning of a good thing, I know you've just started but the little bit of work that you've done so far has already peeked our curiosity. I would really like to sit with you and go over any issues that you might have regarding the Island or any persons that may have triggered this issue. I will not tell my Boss about this horrible newsO because he's already excited about having you on board with us. I would hate for you to miss out on a great opportunity so please let's sit tomorrow and go over this not so good news. EFTA00657519 How about I meet you at the Ritz tomorrow at I 2pm? Ann R. On Jul 23, 2014, at 7:18 PM, Cleveson Daniel > wrote: Good afternoon Ana, Again let me apologize for my early departure today. After today's visit, I would like to share my thoughts with you. I don't think that you need my presence on the island. The truth is, due to the nature of these islands, only a limited number of plants will show amazing results. Whatever I may recommend chances are, it have been tried before. Pertaining to scheduling, It will be difficult to spend an entire day with LSJ. The last two years I have requested Mondays and Wednesdays off at the Ritz because I attend UVI and pack all my classes on these days, they have been very flexible with me. Additionally, Late last year I made a small investment by my house to build my hydroponic vegetable greenhouse. I use the hours after work and my a few hours of my off days to work there. Though I live in my house it is still under construction and I do the work myself. Having said that, I truly feel confident in Jason's ability. Here is what I can do, I can continue to help him at the entrance and main compound, my help will be in plant selecting, bug control, plant trimming and plant nutrition. I will only be able to come to LSJ once a week from about 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The entire island would be more than I can handle in my current situation. I do not know if this will work for you, however I believe in openness at the get go. See attached document for today's activities, and I apologize for writing so much gjEmoji.
