We feel that each of the parties needs to have enough incentive to feel as though we're being compensated appropriately. In other words, nobody can feel disgruntled with their split, otherwise, it won't work well. I know this is a bullshit answer, but, what number makes your group feel satisfied and appropriately incentivized to largely handle the capital raising efforts (both initial and ongoing)? An and I will surely raise substantial money from our networks on top of your efforts. However, in the end, I want to focus on the investment side and An wants to focus on the operational side of the business.
