According to the Manager of Regulatory Customs, this is something that will not be available anytime in the near future for aviation in the USA. She said it will likely be 3 years or more. Her name is Laura Everington, and she meets regularly with US Customs officials on current and proposed rule making. She states that the info on the link provided will continue to apply to boats only. We do have something very similar for Canada which is called CANPASS, and we are registered and part of that program for international arrivals into Canada. All being said, we will continue to look into this to see if there is something on the horizon that is being overlooked.
