It was very well attended (24 people). I had a New York couple stay for over an hour. They have 2 small boys at the day school and 124 Parc Monceau is definitely well within there price point. Their broker never showed them the property. They couldn't believe the views and like the "south end" location. U waiting for a second showing to be confirmed this morning. We also had a representative/broker come from Boca Raton. I spoke to him Friday night. His client is Brazilian. They are looking in Boca and PB for a seasonal home. They have a designer that would renovate/redesign etc...The broker told me he's preparing a contract for me which I should receive tomorrow. This should be a very busy week. When I arrived yesterday there were 2 large boxes from "Frontgate". I put them in the garage. Thanks again and I'll be in touch.
