Yes I feel bad, in fact worse than bad for this ongoing saga. I was promised a draft before Christmas, as I needed it in place before the New Year as I had agreed with Richard. However, my timeline didn't match my brother's, who was selling some shares and then had tax issues as a result which has delayed this whole process. Communication was then hampered by the fact he went back to New Zealand to join his boat. I will sort this one way or the other.
