Also I think the light colors maximize the light in the apartments. The hardware in attached is gold. It will be easy to change to silver if you prefer. (I will just replace bedside lamps and living room side tables) The standing lamps I included are the same as what we have in the oval room at 71st. These would not be my preference aesthetically but, they are very bright, and I know that was one of your priorities. I can change them easily if you prefer.
