Below, please find sections lifted from the Business Summary which need clarification or confirmation from you: 1. -Mr. Jeffrey Epstein is the President and sole shareholder of an existing Economic Development Commission ("EDC") beneficiary, Financial Trust Company, Inc. ("FTC") that was granted an extension of benefits in 2010. The client base of and the product provided by the Applicant differ markedly from those of FTC, hence the desire to create a new entity that will meet all of the requirements of the EDC. " QUESTION: Will the existing employees of FTC be transferred over to STC? 2. "While Mr. Epstein will be employed as the President of Southern Trust Company, Inc. he will not be considered as an employee for purposes of meeting the EDC employment EFTA00663232 requirement." QUESTION: If we leave this as is, then we will only have four employees not five. Should we add one more or do you want to change this statement.? 3.
