Good evening, Mr. Epstein -
We have been having some transmission issues; therefore, I am resending you this E-mail from Mr. Woods that was done
earlier this afternoon. It includes his note below and an attachment for your review.
Jeffrey,
Transmitted are two concepts for the Library/Study expansion based upon your recent comments to us at the
Jaredian Design Group. The layouts expand the number of perspective views of the original options sent by us
on April 29, 2014. You will note that on the northern side, we now show options of a walkway in front of the
expanded or no walkway. Another variation we are showing in these sketches is where the arched portico
wraps around the new bathroom structure on three sides and an option where the portico wraps around the
new bathroom structure on two sides. We have "guestimated" the location of the pavilion near the pool. The
"As-Built" drawings provided by your office don't show documentation of that structure. We don't believe our
proposed portico will conflict with that roof, but that is something we can determine during the site visit next
week. We will also be able to discuss in greater detail the variations of whether the proposed portico will be two
sided or three sided and any other plan variation proposed thus far. We will also bring copies of the different
sketch variations we have done so far to the site visit. It may be that some concepts from earlier variations may
be viable to incorporate into this design as well.
Regards,
John
Best regards,
Desiree
