I used to work at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and most recently; I was a founding member of the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). At JDRF (www.jdrf.org), I managed the international grants portfolio as their National Director and COO of Research, as well as their patient/stakeholder program. I went to PCORI in Washington, DC to help startup the institute (www.pcori.org). At PCORI, I set up the organization strategic plan, policies and procedures, standard operating precedes, grants and program management, IT, and their patients/stakeholder program. I recently joined Leidos Health to develop a consulting practice to support organization like yours - see attached.
