Values listed are from Christie's November 2015 draft appraisal. Leon had comments on some of the draft numbers, so Christie's specialists are reviewing. I expect to have the final appraisal from Christie's in the next few weeks. Also attached is a summary sheet. I'll also send you the spreadsheets with basis numbers included.
