Cohen Sent: Wednesday, June 21, 2017 1:14 PM To: Lee Rohde Cc: Tom Mitchell Subject: 6044--further thoughts Lee, Talking to another G650 owner, who suggested Leon inquire about the following: 1. Are we comfortable that the new divider veneer will match the existing veneer? Owner purchased extra material when the aircraft was delivered which was part of the original veneer log. We saw the veneer that was being shipped to Gulfstream for the new divider. 2. Any structural changes should be done in Savannah, as opposed to other Gulfstream facilities. That includes the divider. Any of the three facilities can do the structural work that needs to be done, if he would prefer Savannah we can go there. 3. Leon may want to consider changing the seat leather and carpet. He has been told that this will cost around $400K. Do you agree? Depending upon the materials selected that is a reasonable estimate, higher end materials cost will increase. 4. Does changing the seat leather void any warranties on the plane? No warranties are voided. 5. The opposing divans do not join. Leon should get a piece of titanium that essentially joins the divans and is put in storage when not being used. The divans can come together, we can demonstrate this to Leon tomorrow night. Many options in terms of how they can be deployed. 6. Each divan is comprised of 2 cushions. When they are folded down, this creates an uncomfortable gap. We were told that the cushions can be replaced with one better connected cushion, which is more comfortable when folded down. Does this sound right? Yes, there are various options that can be considered which we can discuss with Leon tomorrow on the aircraft. 7. There should be a fabric covered cushion on the divan side of the bulkhead, to serve as a kind of headboard, which you can lean against when reading, etc. Is it possible to incorporate this into the divider if it has not already been ordered that way? We can inquire with Gulfstream as to the options and also that ability to incorporate this change. Barry Barry J. Cohen I EFTA00665838 Elysium Management, LLC 445 Park Avenue Suite 1401 Neife .
