erect the Quonsets that are direly needed to secure the equipment for this hurricane season.

I have reconfirmed with my supervisor Director Oriol that your client has resolved his past violations against illegal development in the tier one
zone. Therefore, I can proceed to processes any future or current applications that you have submitted to our Coastal Zone Division at the
Department of Planning and Natural Resources. However, as per our conversation on July 28, 2017 your application will be processed in a first
come, first served order in conjunction with the title 12 section 910-7 law. If you have a need to have an application expedited due to an
emergency that I am not aware of please inform me in writing so that I can forward it to my supervisor.
