I. Per Jeffery's request, attached hereto is a sketch ( photo ) of very elaborate Moroccan room with arches , carved wood /painted ceiling and marble columns . 2. It is my understanding that Jeffery wants a simple traditional Moroccan room with a beautiful relaxing design yet not too busy. 2.1. Moroccan room 01 has a very chic design. We will be able to create similar concept with tiles on the walls up to 6 ft and then carved plaster up to 10 ft and the rest will be covered with Moroccan tadelkkate ( similar to venisian plaster ). The approximate (* ) cost for material and installation will be between 1,5 and 1.7 M euro. Should we need to cover to the floor with tiles similar to Morocco 02 , the cost will be between 1.8 and 2.0 M Euros The materials include carved or painted wood ceiling / carved plaster , tiles on the walls and large marble windows and carved wood door. 2.2.Traditional Moroccan room with large rectangular wooden ceiling (wood 4 ) or plaster ceiling and stain glass is optional. The walls are covered up to 6 ft with tiles and 5 ft of plain plaster ( tadelakkat ) hen the wood ceiling or plaster ceiling .The floor is covered with while marble. the approximate (*) cost for the room for materials and installations is 2.5 to 2.8 Million Euro. EFTA00669294 2.3. Royal Moroccan majliss adorned very detailed carved wood ceiling / plaster ceiling , Moroccan Zilij,and stone columns . the plaster is painted with gold leaves. (*) the cost of the room 20mX 10m is 4.2 to 4.5 Million Euros. The cost exclude transportation of materials , artisans and accommodation in the Island. the cost include fabrication of materials and installations. Note: Jeffery asked me to send him samples of plans to share with his architects, unfortunately, the files are too big about 40 MB and can not be send via email. I will be happy to show them to his architects because all of our plans are reviewed by Licensed architects and engineers in the US .
