I can no longer do the job for you here. I have worked and done my best all these years and am tired, sick of, frustrated and exhausted from trying to take care of this Ranch with such obstacles. The treatment I have received has been unjust, unfair and downright dis concerning to me. I will no longer take it as there are other people that feel my job for you is not worthy and replaceable and treat me with disrespect. It has been said that "it is easier to replace and start over", so they can have their wish and rule your Ranch without me. I would appreciate it if you paid me the rest of my vacation that I have not taken. It is attached. I will leave the company vehicle and keys here on ranch and can be reached by email.
