Re: Claim oil against Jeffrey Epstein Dear Mr. Epstein and/or Counsel: Please be advised that 1, along with Herman Law, represent in her potential civil lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein, arising from the alleged sexual a uses e en ured at the hands of Mr. Epstein from age fifteen to age seventeen. as alleged that despite knowing that she was a minor female. Mr. Esptein engag in sexua intercourse with on at least five occasions while she was a minor. These sexual assaults took place during visits to Mr. Esptein's home in New York. in which= as •aid $300 to give Mr. Espstein "massages". As I'm sure you arc aware, the nature of 'legations are consistent with other allegations made against Mr. Esptein, for which Mr. •pstem as pleaded guilty. We intend to file a civil lawsuit against Mr. Esptein in the immediate future based upon the above allegations. If Mr. Esptein is interested in avoiding civil litigation, however, my client may be interested in resolving this matter pre-suit. In that respect. if you would like to discuss a potential pre-suit settlement in this case, please feel free to contact me. If I have not heard back from you by June 5, 2015.
