COE is working on the public notice and agency coordination letters. It will take about 4 months I am guessing. CZM was waiting on an easement which finally was granted by VIWMA on one of the landings and now they are processing that permit. Its a minor permit because its a cable and we should probably have that permit in about 90days. It has yet to be decided if we have to go to government house and the senate for submerged land leases, these are often exempt. On the docks, we are in process with COE and they have asked us to present the docks again at the September 6th meeting coming up on St. Thomas since more of the reviewing agencies will be there than were there last time, and now we have the non-compliance lifted on the existing dock repair. They are stipulating that the existing dock must come out as soon as we have another operational dock. This will take 4 to 6 months. CZM is finally reviewing our application and apparently when the lawyers submitted it again they did not give CZM an application fee and they called yesterday about it and we carried it in. We should hear whether its complete in the next 3 weeks and then if it is they will set a public hearing in the next 60 days. Amy Claire Dempsey, President, Bioimpact, Inc.
