The project was substantially larger than anticipated. The elevation to create the finished product required more labor and material than either of us anticipated. The placement of the the rocks, beams, lag bolts and additional dirt resulted in additional labor incurred by Three B's. i would ask that we be compensated for the additional labor we provided and is as follows; Roman 20.00 and hour, Antonio 12.00 an hour, Rphael 12.00 and hour and Jesus 14.00 an hour plus 22% WC. The additional labor of 40 hrs at 70.00 and hour (4 men) and no markup comes to approximately $2800.00. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.
