Nicolas is saying we have the hanger, Susan Hancock called me yesterday and told me the rumor on the airport
is, you are moving into Air Center's Hanger, she also said she's worried that you where going to start an FBO,
based on the conversation you had with Michael Hancock 3 months ago when you negotiated our fuel price.
Susan said you threaten Michael with starting an FBO if he didn't give us a reasonable price. I told her that was
old news and I'm unaware of any other business deals at this time,. I told her the reason I'm interest in Air Center
hanger is for independent storage and Big office with to operate our flight Dept,. I also told Susan that in the
future I envision myself living in St Thomas at some point and need a base to operate with, office, heli storage,
privacy etc.. She was very understanding,.
Nicolas said we should just negotiate with him regarding the office, he recommended 10k maybe 15k for the
office and Stone, Maria, Yens and Nicolas would split the cash and not tell Rod, since Rod supposedly gave
control of office in hanger to Stone! Not Nicolas,. But Nicolas of course wants a piece of the money.
Nicolas also said that port authority board members told him, we will be awarded the hanger,
I'll find out more today
Thx
Lany
