Bryan has sent two text messages and emails to Andrew with no replay. Andrew does not take cold phone calls from customers, his assistant will direct the calls to Bryan or other brokers with Avjet. I was very kurt with Bryan, and ask why we are unable to get a simple question answered, " whether their BBJ is in contract, sold or available?" Bryan informed me that Andrew and Ali are very close friends, Bryan also stated he heard that Ali's BBJ was in contract. I changed the subject quickly, since I didn't want him to ask if we were involved, however, it seamed he knew what was going on. Bryan also informed that one of Leon's employees called asking for information in regards to their BBJ a couple of months ago,. Bryan and Andrew came to the their own conclusion that Leon was calling on your behalf, to purchase the BBJ, since it was during the time when we were verbally offering $27.5M. I don't think Bryan is a bad or sly person, he shares a lot of information with me, Off the Record,. he certainly is not comfortable calling Andrew directly and asking the status of their BBJ, he only sends emails and Text messages to him,. Something doesn't sound above board with Avjet and ali, in regards to whether the Chinese bought their BBJ, I do not understand why its difficult to get a simple answer to their BBJ status. I think Andrew is a snake, as well as Ali,. Bryan is suppose to call me again later tonight after he speaks with John, their BBJ analyst.
