I just wanted to quickly follow up with you. I'll be brief which I know is what you prefer. I have made contact with the Daily News official representatives through my attorney and we are in the process of following up with them to get the official information around the sale. I also have someone on the ground in the USVI who has direct connections with the Daily News and they are pulling together additional background information through back channels. I'll hopefully have something back from them very soon. Also, when I initially reached out to you a while ago, I'd been working through the idea of the multi-tiered approach to what could be a way to really revamp the territory's communications infrastructure and create what would be a full scale media company the USVI. This plan included the VI Daily News, the radio station we discussed, and the pursuit of an ISP startup which when tied together with a real vision and coherent plan would be a real game changer in the USVI for years to come. This is something that I have actually really thought through. I am certain that it can be done and I am also certain that the vision and approach to this can be successful. My approach is to spin off another company from the already established firm of Westland Strategies which is the public relations and communications vehicle that I've already established in the USVI. A related but separate entity of Westland Media Group is the envisioned vehicle that would be created to pursue the above entities. Therefore, at this point, this is something that I am looking to do in partnership with someone. My interest lies in finding someone to partner with financially to be able to pull this together. I realize that the person who brings the money to the table has a great deal of the say but I think it is also important for the parties involved to share a common vision and to be able to work together on implementing the overall plan to make it a reality. That being said, if you are already too far down the road on the ISP project, or if this type of arrangement that I am looking for is not of interest to you I'll also understand.
