Just talked with Trent. Trent thinks the bank found all the Hardman Development account records. I will go to
his office and check to be sure. I am confident the records, if complete, will show Mike stole a lot of money.
Unfortunately, the bank now has filed for summary judgment--wants the judge to simply find we owe the $ and
issue a judgment. I want to slow things down and can do a few things: 1), file to disqualify the newly assigned
judge to delay, 2), go to PBSO because Mike stole money from the bank & Hardman Development, and then
assert the Bank was complicit. This will slow down the foreclosure hearing. Any thoughts?
